The 78th annual One World Day will be held on Sunday, August 25th from 11 a.m. until 6 p.m.
This event will be held at the Cleveland Cultural Gardens along Martin Luther King Boulevard and East Boulevard.
Please note MLK and East Boulevard will be closed to vehicular traffic from 7 a.m. until 10 p.m. on Aug. 25, 2024.,
Parking can be found at the Cleveland Metroparks (based on availability) lot to the north, or the VA Hospital’s employee parking lot at 1606 E. 105th Street, Cleveland, OH 44106. A shuttle will be available to bring patrons to and from the VA employee parking lot to the south entrance of One World Day.
IMPORTANT: The U.S. District Court judge and staff and new citizens and their families should park at the Wilson School parking lot at 1126 Ansel Rd., a the intersection of Ansel and St. Casimir’s Way. Make sure you show your parking pass to access the lot. Click here for directions on how to get to the naturalization ceremony parking lot.
VA employee parking lot: (Four shuttle buses will be available to transport patrons to and from the first garden to the south – the Peace Garden of the Nations.)
To get from the north of MLK to the VA lot: Click here – travel from Broad Avenue via Ansel to E. 105th to VA employee parking lot (This is the easiest option.)
